In 2007, Energy Experts International expanded its operations to Europe and opened an office in Brussels,
Belgium. The Brussels office continues to support the Company's projects in Europe and enhances the Company's ability to serve and interract directly with European energy consortia and energy
sector associations.
Mr. Cliff Simon, Vice President of European Operations, who heads the Brussels Office brings extensive international
experience to the European expansion program. Mr. Simon worked 15 years
in Mexico and 3 years in Italy in the natural gas distribution sector. His
recent activities with the Company involved European natural gas pipeline
